ELHAM VALLEY CC

Welcome

Welcome to Elham Valley Cricket Club.

Our home ground Holloway is set in the picturesque Elham Valley approximately 12 miles south of Canterbury towards Folkestone.

The club has a rich cricketing history dating back over 100 years.

2000 saw the club play its first game at Holloway after spending many enjoyable years at the nearby Gore. The move was a major feat for the club bringing with it a new pavilion, playing and net facilities.

The ground benefits from a naturally raised area providing visitors with an elevated view of the playing area from where you can sit and watch the action from the grassy bank or the comfort of your car, should the weather choose to be a little inclement !

2008 saw the club gain ECB Clubmark accreditation which is recognition of the excellent work carried out by the club’s coaches and volunteers. In 2011 we achieved Clubmark Re-accreditation

We are committed to the development of our younger players who play regularly in all our weekend fixtures. We have an active Colts section with Saturday morning practice sessions throughout the season.

We currently play friendlies on a Saturday and Kent Village League and friendlies on a Sunday.

Come and visit us soon whether it’s to spectate or play.
